PHIL S. FLEMMING (PHIL) is a graduate of Arizona State University (1988). He also attended Georgetown University's summer semester program. Phil graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law, Valparaiso, Indiana, in 1992. Following graduation from law school, Phil practiced in the area of general civil litigation and personal injury litigation involving contract and business related disputes. Phil is a graduate of the Arizona College of Trial Advocacy as well as the Hastings Law School Trial College. Phil is a member of Phoenix Rotary 100, Moderator for Scottsdale Leadership Roundtable, and a member of the Economic Club of Phoenix.
Phil joined YEN, PILCH & KOMADINA, P.C., in October of 1997 and became a partner in the firm in January of 2002. Phil practices in the area of employment and civil litigation in Arizona State Court and the United States District Court. Phil has also argued cases before the Arizona Court of Appeals as well as the U. S. Court of Federal Claims.
